This section will help you understand what you are buying when you purchase an item and how the transaction occurs in Templateina.

What do you buy:

• License: When you purchase an item, you acquire the right to use that item; you don't actually get the item itself completely. What you get includes a direct license from Templateina to use the item. Items are subject to certain terms of use, and these terms are the license which we set in Templateina. This license also applies to you if you download an item that someone else purchased for you (because anyone who downloads an item must purchase the item on Templateina). Different license types are available for you to choose from when you have selected an item (Blogger templates, WordPress themes, or PHP scripts). You should think about how you want to use the item so you can choose the right license to allow that use. It is your responsibility to select the correct license.

• Item support: Templateina provides support for all premium items. If an item is supported, this is clearly stated on the item page. All supported items include a standard support period (typically 6 months). You can request support extensions. Your right to access Item Support requires you to contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email after your purchase.

• Buyer Service: In addition to using the platform, when you 'buy' an item, you also receive buyer services from Templateina such as responsive buyer support, item quality control, documentation, and post-purchase assistance. The total price of an item in Templateina consists of:

• Price of items or products: The item price consists of the license fee (for the license you choose for the item), and if relevant, the item support fee (for supported items).
• Buyer's costs: This is a fee for the buyer service you get from Templateina.
• Handling fees: In some transactions in Templateina, the total payment price may include minor handling fees imposed by payment processors.
• Tax: Some transactions in Templateina may be subject to local taxes, which will be added automatically based on your region.

The list price consists of the item price and the buyer's fee, and is the price you see on the item page.

Transact as a buyer:

2. PayPal: PayPal can be used to pay for transactions. We do not refund any money originally placed into your PayPal account to purchase the item.

5. Currency conversion fees: You are responsible for all currency conversion fees associated with transactions in Templateina. Your financial institution performs currency conversions and may charge you additional fees (we do not control conversion rates or your financial institution's fees).

This means you may incur additional fees when purchasing from Templateina, which we cannot control.

Purchase conditions: When you purchase items on Templateina, you do so under the following conditions:

• You warrant to us that you have carefully considered the suitability of the license you select, and that you have chosen appropriately.

• You cannot cancel the purchase of an item that has been completed.

• We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on Templateina, so you should download and save the item immediately after you purchase it.

• Once you purchase or download an item and the item has been paid for, you obtain a non-exclusive license to use the item under the terms set out in the license (non-exclusive means others may also license the same item).

• We retain full ownership of all digital goods in Templateina.

• We have the right to enforce the license terms you obtained from Templateina against you.

The guarantee we provide:

• We warrant that the Templateina site will be suitable for the purposes described on the site, and that we will provide our platform services with reasonable skill and care.
